My Story

If you’re expecting a personal trainer who wakes up every day feeling super motivated and loves every second of exercise… yeah, that’s not me. 

​

I have to work hard to stay consistent, and I’ve built my own strategies to make it easier because willpower alone isn't a plan and life is busy (am i right!?).

​

Before I focused on women’s health and nutrition, I was deep in the world of bodybuilding. I won the World Championships in Las Vegas, which, don't get me wrong, was an incredible experience but also came with its own struggles. â€‹

Behind the scenes, I battled with my own food and body image issues and felt like I never really fit in. It all felt so extreme, so all-or-nothing. Working on my own relationship with food, exercise, and my body completely changed how I see health and weight loss.

That change, along with growing up in a family of strong women, led me down a path of becoming an evidence-based nutritionist. I wanted to create a safe space where I could really help women work on their health and weight loss goals without shame, guilt, or feeling like they should be motivated 24/7.

​

I know that sticking to a plan can feel impossible when you're already juggling a million things. Between my own struggles, a late ADHD diagnosis, and running a business, I absolutely get the challenges busy women face. 

 

That's why helping women over 30 lose weight in a way that actually works for them, without guilt, and without feeling like they should be a motivation machine... is my jam.
