Our story
We are coaches and sisters, Kelly Louise & Stephanie Jane Rowden who have been through our own struggles and journeys but have been lucky enough to have had each other along the way.
We realised that not all women have this support, so we created Fittsisters; a place for like-minded women on similar journeys, who can support each other and be mentored by us.
We will help you achieve your Mind and Body transformation using our combined years of experience and expertise, empowering you with education and tools so that you get long-lasting results.

We will work together for 3 months using an evidence-based, two-pronged approach for a whole body and mind transformation.
We combine our expertise in both of these fields to bring you our knowledge, methods and success to reach your goals.
Every week you will check in with us for adjustments and ensure you’re on track. As well as support from us, you will also be part of a support group where you can speak to other clients and feel part of a community.

TAILORED TRAINING PLANS
Whatever your goal may be, your training will be tailored to this - no cookie cutter plans here.
Your progressive training plans will be accessible to you through the app alongside, mobility drills and exercise demonstrations.
NUTRITION
As an evidence-based nutritionist, I pride myself on having many methods to suit everyone.
You won't hear me asking you to cut out foods or stop your social life - we will use a little thing called balance and work on
adding rather than avoiding. Plus, focusing on daily habits, health, and empowering you with education along the way.
This way, you make lasting changes .. no fad diets here!
MINDSET
New mindset exercises alongside tools will be added each week to ensure you won't feel overwhelmed.
You will feel progressively better, happier and more confident each week. We will use a range of techniques such as sleep hypnosis, digging and awareness check-in's to name a few. We want you to be your best mentally as well as physically.
CHECK-IN'S AND SUPPORT
Weekly check-in's are conveniently done through our app.
Here, you will have us in your back pocket as well as access to lots of guidelines, resources and a number of progress
tracking methods. Together, we will look through them each week and adapt and give you any support you might need.
Each month we can also have a zoom catch up to chat about how you're getting on and any questions you have, can be
answered.
