I am passionate about helping you feel comfortable in the gym and teaching you how to get your body ready for lifting, to prevent injuries.​

My private studio might be small but it is definitely mighty and fully kitted out!

WHAT TYPE OF COACH AM I?

I am understanding, patient and you will probably leave the sessions with an even stronger core just from laughing. I believe exercise should be fun but that doesn't mean we don't get the work done.

Absolutely anyone is welcome in my studio and my cat will no doubt join us in sessions to give you that extra support.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

You will have VIP parking outside my studio and what we work on during the hourly session, will depend on your goals.

Outside of your 1-1 sessions you can expect to receive your tailored, written training plan, specific nutrition for your goals and lifestyle and check-in's done through my app. 

​

EQUIPMENT IN MY STUDIO: 

Leg press, squat/bench rack, cable machine, adjustable bench, hyperextension bench, dip/pull up station, olympic barbell, hex barbell, short barbell, adjustable dumbbells, iron weight plates, kettlebells, assault bike, battle ropes, sandbag, slam ball, plyometric boxes and lots of bands and attachments!
