My journey started in 2014 Las Vegas, where I won the World Championships and gained my pro card and I was very lucky to have been featured in magazines such as Muscle & Fitness UK.

For the past 9 years, I've empowered hundreds of women who felt lost and discouraged, equipping them with life-changing knowledge and tools to break free from diet culture using evidence-based methods while getting results. 

After many years as a personal trainer focused on aesthetics, I decided to further my education in health and nutrition. I wanted to transform women's lives and have them feel safe and confident in my care, knowing my advice would not harm them. 

 

My mission is to help women over 30 finally feel unstuck in achieving their goals, develop a healthier relationship with food in a compassionate environment, and rediscover how amazing they truly are.

I AM DEEPLY PASSIONATE ABOUT GETTING YOU RESULTS

Growing up in a close-knit family of women who have faced personal struggles, I have developed a passion for promoting women's wellbeing. I was also diagnosed with ADHD later in life, so have accepted that I have to do things differently and found strategies that helped me create consistency,  which in turn has helped other women.

My goal is not to coach you indefinitely, but to provide you with the last plan you'll ever need. I FEEL NERVOUS ABOUT MAKING THIS INVESTMENT, IS THAT NORMAL?

It is understandable to feel anxious about making changes or starting something new, particularly if past investments have been discouraging. However, consider how much money you have already spent on quick fixes and diet plans that make big promises but fail to deliver. This program marks the end of that cycle. With one payment, you will finally get the lasting results and knowledge needed to create permanent change. Things cannot change unless we change something. You already know the right decision, so trust yourself.

HOW DO THE 1:1 SESSIONS WORK?

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually to accommodate your schedule. You will have a 60-minute one-on-one session when you begin the program, followed by 30-minute one-on-one check-ins every two weeks. After enrolling, you will receive a calendar link to schedule your sessions in advance. I understand plans change, so I simply request 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. 

You will receive a form before our session to provide me with some information so that I can tailor the session to your needs and help you get the most out of it.

HOW WILL I ACCESS RESOURCES & PLANS?

Once enrolled, you will receive emails containing all the necessary information to get started. You will receive guidance on downloading my app, which conveniently centralizes everything in one place. The app includes interactive forms, progress monitoring, training logs, habit trackers, educational videos, and resources.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HOLIDAY BOOKED?

This is actually an opportune moment to have support and guidance, as holidays can be a time of uncertainty about what to do or how to find balance. Rather than waiting until your vacation ends, we could spend this time productively working together toward your goals, or facilitating positive changes for holidays to come.
