AN EVIDENCE-BASED NUTRITIONIST AND PERSONAL TRAINER WITH A PASSION FOR WOMEN'S HEALTH & WELLBEING
My journey started in 2014 Las Vegas, where I won the World Championships and gained my pro card and I was very lucky to have been featured in magazines such as Muscle & Fitness UK.
Once I had achieved my pro card, I felt lost and struggled with my goals. Skip ahead to 10 years later and I was diagnosed with ADHD which pushed me to research strategies to create habits around training and nutrition.
I noticed a similarity in the women that I coached and realised that these strategies could help them too and decided to further my education in health and nutrition. I wanted to transform women's lives and have them feel safe and confident in my care, knowing my advice would not harm them.
For the past 9 years, I've empowered hundreds of women who felt lost and discouraged, equipping them with life-changing knowledge and tools to break free from diet culture using evidence-based methods while getting results.
My mission is to help women over 30 finally feel unstuck in achieving their goals, develop a healthier relationship with food in a compassionate environment, and rediscover how amazing they truly are.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This FREE 14 day challenge is for busy women over 30 who have already tried so many programs and plans. Maybe you've had some time off and are struggling to get back into it or maybe you're a complete beginner and don't know how to get started. If you're ready but need a little push in the right direction to get the ball rolling - then this is for you.
WHAT'S THE CATCH?
The whole 14 days of the challenge are completely FREE and you're not getting tricked into signing up to purchase something. I wanted to put something in place to help women get started who might not be ready to fully commit to coaching. If I get some lovely feedback after the 14 days thats that's great! If not, no hard feelings.
That said, I will be extending an invite to join myself and other amazing women over 30 in my upcoming challenges and programs, and because you completed Unstuck in 14, you will get VIP offers and bonuses. This is absolutely optional, I'm not a fan of icky, dishonest sales. You can simply ignore the VIP offers - no pressure.
